Delicious Dining at Dornan's
Dornans' has produced some great cooks over the past three generations, and we're proud to share our meals with you! At the Chuckwagon, eat delicious cowboy cuisine, the way Granddad taught us, fine-cut, natural aged Wyoming beef from our own butcher shop, cooked to perfection in dutch ovens over a blazing wood fire. Early birds are treated to all the hot sourdough pancakes you can eat.
The Pizza Pasta Company reflects more modern tastes-- and the culinary prowess of Dick Dornan, Tom McClellan, Angel Garcia and their staff-- serving fresh pastas, crisp salads, gourmet pizzas, and hot sandwiches on our bakery-fresh breads.
Both the Pizza Pasta and Chuckwagon can also serve an assortment of microbrewed beers and fine and rare wines.
If you're on your way into Grand Teton National Park for a day of adventure, we can still set you up with a delicious deli sandwich, a cold drink, and some trail mix! Going climbing? Check our our selection of freeze-dried meals in the Trading Post, or consider one of our great sandwichs.
Even if you're just resting on the porch, taking in the view, we can tempt you with a bracing cappucino and an ice cream cone, during July and August. We'll make sure you're fed well before you go on your way into the Tetons, Yellowstone, or the Jackson Hole area!

THE CHUCKWAGON IS CLOSED FOR THE WINTER. WE WILL REOPEN JUNE 14, 2008.
Open Daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
from second Saturday in June to Labor Day
The Chuckwagon opened in 1948 and we just celebrated its 60th year!! The Chuckwagon is known for its hearty breakfast featuring all-you-can-eat sourdough pancakes. Lunch fare includes soups, salads and sandwiches on our homemade breads. Top off your day with a all-you-can-eat western style dinner served over an open fire in cast iron Dutch ovens, with a fresh salad on the side from our salad bar. Steaks and our other meat is all natural-aged, fine cut Wyoming beef from our own butcher shop. Enjoy a beer or glass of fine wine from the bar. Top it all off with a tasty dessert whipped up by our baker!

Groups Welcome!
We are happy to accomodate your bus tour group or special event at any of our restaurants! The Chuckwagon can seat up to 300 with sheltered seating for about 150, and the Pizza Pasta can accomodate large groups as well, though the size varies from season to season. We can also accomodate large take-out orders from the deli.
Whether you're planning your Jackson Hole wedding, a family celebration, a bus tour, or a corporate retreat, we can help with your group!
