The Chuckwagon opened in 1948 and we are starting our 66th year!! The Chuckwagon is known for its breakfast featuring all-you-can-eat sourdough pancakes, or your choice of biscuits and gravy or french toast. Lunch fare includes soups, salads and sandwiches on our homemade breads. Top off your day with a all-you-can-eat western style dinner served over an open fire in cast iron Dutch ovens, with a fresh salad on the side from our salad bar. Chicken, salmon, and steak from our own butcher shop. Enjoy a beer or glass of wine from the bar. Top it all off with a tasty dessert whipped up by our baker!
Monday Nights we host the Hootenanny: An Acoustic Event, sign up early to perform, free to the public.

Delicious Dining at Dornan's
Dornans' has produced some great cooks over the past three generations, and we're proud to share our meals with you!
At the Chuckwagon, eat delicious cowboy cuisine, the way Granddad taught us, fine-cut, natural aged Wyoming beef, cooked to perfection in dutch ovens over a blazing wood fire. Early birds are treated to all the hot sourdough pancakes you can eat. Jaimy Costner is with us for his fifth year, leading the way. However, we are closed on some evenings for private events.
The Pizza Pasta Company reflects more modern tastes-- and the culinary prowess of Shawn Vanderjack and his team-- serving fresh pastas, crisp salads, gourmet pizzas, and hot sandwiches on our bakery-fresh breads. The Daily special is always a wonderful treat.
If you're on your way into Grand Teton National Park for a day of adventure, we can still set you up with a delicious deli sandwich, a cold drink, and some trail mix! Going climbing? Check out our selection of freeze-dried meals in the Trading Post, or consider one of our great espressoes.
Even if you're just resting on the porch, taking in the view, we can tempt you with a bracing cappucino and an ice cream cone, during June, July and August. We'll make sure you're fed well before you go on your way into the Tetons, Yellowstone, or the Jackson Hole area!
The winter season, we are the place to stop and have a great bowl of home-made soup, pasta, pizza, or one of our specials. Along with the fantastic view from the Spur Bar, our cozy fire welcomes all you stop by.

Groups Welcome!
We are happy to accomodate your bus tour group or special event at any of our restaurants! The Chuckwagon can seat up to 300 with sheltered seating for about 150, and the Pizza Pasta can accomodate large groups as well, though the size varies from season to season. We can also accomodate large take-out orders from the deli.
Whether you're planning your Jackson Hole wedding, a family celebration, a bus tour, or a corporate retreat, or days in the Park with friends, we can help with your group!
