HOURS & WAGES
Wages are in most cases paid on an hourly basis, on the 5th and 20th of the month. Working hours are arranged by your supervisor with a goal of forty hours per week with days off of two days per week. We operate seven days a week. Hours may vary during busy and slow times of the season. Some operations begin at 6 a.m. and are open as late as 11pm. If you do accept employment, you must be prepared to work a schedule prepared by your supervisor which may include Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. You may also be required to work day, evening, or split shifts, or a combination thereof.
PLEASE CHECK, RECHECK AND CHECK AGAIN YOUR BEGINNING AND ENDING DATES PRIOR TO ENTERING THEM ON THE APPLICATION. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES IN THESE DATES IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED TO A POSITION WITH US.
IF YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE DURING THE EMPLOYMENT DATES, FORFEITURE OF BONUS WILL APPLY.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Applicants are considered for all positions based on abilities, skills and knowledge and without regard to race, color, national origins, religion, sex, age, marital or veteran status physical or mental disability.
If you are accepted we will forward an employee agreement to you to sign and return. Our receipt of your signed agreement indicates your approval of pay rate, employment dates and other stated conditions. A $100 damage deposit will be taken out of your first pay check. This deposit, or a portion thereof, will be returned to you upon completion of your agreement depending on the condition of your room.
Uniforms: You will be issued three shirts and a hat upon your arrival at $45.00 that will be deducted from your pay. Your are required to wear solid, clean, ironed ad unstained tan/khaki pants or shorts. I would suggest bringing three pairs. All shirts must be tucked in at all times and a belt worn. Closed toe shoes are required to be worn in all areas
Appearance: Dreadlocks or radical hairstyles are not allowed.
Men- Hair can not be longer than the top of your collar. This is not negotiable! Facial hair is limited to a trim mustache, also not negotiable. Over all appearance is to be clean and neat.
Women-Hair is to be neat and styled at all times. In foo areas hair is required to be tied back or worn ump away form the face. Overall appearance is to be clean and neat.
If you cannot adhere to these dress code and appearance requirements please DO NOT APPLY.
In the event that you quit prior to the agreed upon end date, you will forfeit bonus and room deposit.
In compliance with U.S. Immigration service requirements, you must arrive at Dornans with proper identification, i.e. a drivers license and a social security card or birth certificate or current passport.
